Friends
Riley isn't too social so friends are something that he doesn't obtain too easily. He doesn't talk much either most because most other people make him nervous. He isn't too open with people, but if he is allowed to just slowly talk and get to know someone then he isn't too bad. But he does not rush into things. He had bad experiences with moving too fast so he doesn't do that even with friends. If someone takes it slow with him then he's normally pretty good and he'll slowly warm up to people as long as they don't move too quickly with him or if they don't screw him over in any way because too many people have done it to him. He's quite fragile so he needs to be handled with care.

So anyone who plays with his emotions or something like that, he will hold a grudge even forever or for quite some time. He's had to happen mainly with friends and even the only lover he ever had. So he keeps his heart locked tightly and if anyone tries to break it, whether friend or lover, he will have a very bad issue with them.

Thisis going to be VERY difficult. Now, falling in love is Riley's biggest fear. After what the only lover he had hurt him he made a barrier around his heart and told himself he would never let the barrier down. But if someone truly got to him he would gladly bring it down. Although Riley can be quite clingy with his lovers which may get on someone's nerves. But if someone can prove to him that they won't hurt him and will stick by him no matter what, then he will gladly let his wall down and allow someone else in his life. But that's pretty difficult because he is just that fearful.
